Asset Management

To make the most of your hard-earned assets, it is critical to understand and manage investment risks and create a well-diversified portfolio tailored to your needs. Before recommending an investment strategy, Rachel will carefully assess your tolerance for risk, your time horizon, and your plans for the future. You can stay in control of your financial life while delegating the details to a trusted advisor. Rachel will handle the responsibilities of economic and market research, selection of securities, and monitoring of portfolio performance, while keeping you informed and educated as needed.

Asset Management is offered both on a fee basis (a percentage amount paid quarterly) and on a transactional basis (traditional commissions). Rachel can help you choose the model that best fits your needs and she will disclose all costs of investing upon making a recommendation. As an independent financial advisor with Raymond James, Rachel can offer access to a wide variety of investment vehicles and is not incented to promote proprietary products.

Financial Planning

Are you looking for help in planning for your financial future? Rachel can walk you through a thoughtful discussion to clarify your priorities and values, defining what’s most important to you when it comes to your money. Working together you can develop a strategy to guide you as you decide how to use your resources effectively. Financial planning can give you the confidence of knowing you are on track to achieve your goals. Rachel offers help in monitoring your progress and recommending proactive adjustments along the way.

Common financial planning topics include:

  • Investment Analysis
  • Retirement Needs Analysis
  • Current Financial Situation Overview
  • Charitable Gift Planning
  • Cash Flow/Budget Analysis
  • Insurance Review or Risk Assessment
  • Estate Planning Service

Financial planning is available either at an hourly rate or in conjunction with asset management. Rachel can help you choose the model that best fits your needs and she can provide an estimate so that you will never be surprised by your bill.

Clients should periodically re-evaluate whether the use of an asset-based fee continues to be appropriate in servicing their needs. A list of additional considerations, as well as the fee schedule, is available in the firm’s Form ADV Part II as well as the client agreement.
